AC/DC Converter
The PC_IPFC_3kW_V01 is an AC/DC boost convertor with a digital PFC controller and two-phase interleaved topology operating 180° out of phase with each other, which reduces the input and output ripple currents. The nominal input rms voltage is 230 Vac with 400 Vdc output voltage at 3 kW maximum power delivery. Below are some of features for PC_IPFC_3kW_V01:
• Efficiency higher than 96% from 20% of rated load upward at VIN= 220 V AC.
• Wide full load operating input range of 180 V to 265 V AC.
• High PF correction response (> 0.96) at different low-line and high-line input
voltages.
• Using switching devices with new semiconductor technologies to further
boost the efficiency of the topology.
• Over-current protection dedicated for each phase in Hiccup-Mode.
• Bias-supply under voltage lockout protection
